Korean-Style Fried Chicken with Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 chili pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pound ground beef
1 cup flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion, diced
4 ounces noodles
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup lettuce, shredded
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, chili pepper, cucumber, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the ground beef, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
4. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the noodles and tomato sauce and cook until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
6. Add the lettuce and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
7. Serve the Korean-style fried chicken with noodles, topped with the remaining lettuce. Enjoy!
