Make Kwanga

Kwanga

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons kwanga

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Stir in the kwanga and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

5. Serve over your favorite pasta or rice. Enjoy!
