Lamb and Hummus Bowl
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup hummus
-1/2 cup cooked lamb, cubed
-1/2 cup cooked vegetables of your choice
-1 egg, cooked to your preference
Instructions:
1. Begin by heating a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed lamb to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cooked vegetables to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
4. In a bowl, combine the hummus and cooked lamb and vegetables.
5. Top with the cooked egg.
