Langostino and Chicken Fritters


-1/2 pound langostino, cooked and chopped
-1/2 pound cooked chicken, chopped
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 cup milk
-1 egg
-1/4 cup vegetable oil


1. In a large bowl, combine the langostino, chicken, flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Drop spoonfuls of the fritter batter into the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

6. Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
