Make Leek, Spinach, and Parsley Pasta

Leek, Spinach, and Parsley Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 leeks, sliced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lb pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the spinach and parsley and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.

4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

6. Serve the pasta warm. Enjoy!
