Recipe: Lembas Bread for One Person

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
3. Add the rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, salt, and chopped nuts (if using) to the mashed banana. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is set.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
