Lemon-Banana Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 bananas
- 2 limes
- 1/2 cup crushed cookies
- 1/4 cup caramel syrup
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth.
3. Grease a 9-inch pie plate and pour the egg mixture into it.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk, cream, and condensed milk over medium heat until just boiling.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, lime juice, and caramel syrup.
7. Pour the mixture over the baked pie crust and spread evenly.
8. Peel and slice the bananas and arrange them over the top of the pie.
9. Sprinkle the crushed cookies over the top.
10. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
11. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
