Make Lemon Chicken and Rice
Lemon Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, serve over the cooked rice and sprinkle with additional parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
