Lemon Coconut Haddock Korma

Ingredients:

- 2 haddock fillets
- 1/2 cup korma sauce
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place haddock fillets in an oven-safe dish.

3. Pour korma sauce over the fillets and spread evenly.

4. Top with diced tomatoes.

5. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.

6. Pour coconut milk over the top.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
