Lemon Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
5. Serve the pasta with freshly chopped parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
