Lemon Garlic Chicken with Jasmine Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
4. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour sauce over them. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, prepare jasmine rice according to package instructions.
6. Once chicken is cooked, serve with jasmine rice and chopped romaine lettuce. Enjoy!
