Make Lemon Garlic Pasta



Lemon Garlic Pasta

Ingredients:

-1 lb of pasta of your choice
-4 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

5. Add the lemon juice and cook for another minute.

6. When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the skillet with the garlic and lemon juice.

7. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.

8. Serve the pasta topped with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
