Lemon Ginger Chicken with White Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 cup white sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the oregano and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, ginger, and pesto. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the white sauce.
