Lemon Ham and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 pound diced ham

- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 2 cups cooked French fries

- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ham and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and the ham is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Add the French fries and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.

6. Add the strawberries and cook for 1 minute.

7. Serve hot.
