Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Place the fish fillets in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, and dried dill.
4. Drizzle the herb mixture over the fish fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
5. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
