Lemon-Mustard Lamb Chops with Kale and Calabrian Chili
Ingredients:
-4 lamb chops
-1 lemon, halved
-1 red onion, diced
-2 cups kale, chopped
-1 teaspoon Calabrian chili
-2 tablespoons mustard
-1 celery stalk, diced
-1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the lamb chops in a baking dish. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the chops.
3. In a bowl, mix together the red onion, kale, Calabrian chili, mustard, celery, and egg.
4. Spread the mixture over the lamb chops.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the lamb chops are cooked through.
6. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
