Lemon Pasta with Green Beans

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 slices of toasted bread, for serving

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the lemon juice and butter to the skillet and stir until the butter is melted.

5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.

6. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Serve the pasta with the toasted bread. Enjoy!
