Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon zatar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces uncooked pasta
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, zatar, and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the skillet with the chicken.
7. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
