Lemon Pepper Chicken with Creamy Spinach

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper spice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 chilli pepper, diced
- 2 oranges, peeled and diced
- 2 limes, juiced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and season with the lemon pepper spice. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

3. Add the onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, spinach, milk, chilli pepper, oranges, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

7. Serve the lemon pepper chicken with creamy spinach and enjoy!
