Lemon Yogurt Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 125 g plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the yogurt mixture over them.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
