Lemonade Cake

Ingredients:

-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup milk
-1/4 cup melted butter
-1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/4 cup water
-1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, lemon juice, and water.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.

6. Place the ice cubes on top of the batter.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
