Lemongrass Pork Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup uncooked white rice
-1/2 lb pork meat
-1 cucumber, diced
-1/4 cup black olives, sliced
-1 stalk lemongrass, minced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the pork meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the pork is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cucumber, black olives, and lemongrass. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Serve the pork mixture over the cooked rice. Enjoy!
