Lemongrass-White Chocolate Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon of asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon of curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons of chopped lemongrass
- 2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of marshmallows
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of fruit cocktail
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Heat the mustard oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the asafoetida, curry leaves, and parsley and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
5. Transfer the salmon to a baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the lemongrass, white chocolate chips, marshmallows, mushrooms, and fruit cocktail over the salmon.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Serve the lemongrass-white chocolate salmon with a side of your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
