Linguine with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Sauce

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of linguine

- 1/2 cup of roasted red pepper hummus
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1/4 cup of half and half
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a medium saucepan, combine the hummus, cheeses, capers, half and half, and lemon juice. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

3. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve the linguine with the roasted red pepper hummus sauce. Enjoy!
