Recipe Name: Loaded Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of guacamole
- 1/4 cup of salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.
4. Add the cooked ground beef or shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
5. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced red onion, and sliced jalapenos over the meat.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and drizzle sour cream, guacamole, and salsa over the nachos.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
