Make Lobster and Avocado Pasta

Lobster and Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of dry pasta
- 2 cooked lobster tails, shelled and diced
- 1 chilli pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 cups of shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado pear, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the lobster, chilli pepper, lettuce, and avocado pear.

3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the bowl with the lobster mixture.

4. Drizzle the olive oil over the pasta and toss to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
