Lowfat Quark and Yoghurt Tart
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup lowfat quark
-1/2 cup natural yoghurt
-1/4 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/4 cup butter, softened
-1/4 cup sugar
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch tart pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the quark, yoghurt, and sour cream until well blended.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract until a crumbly dough forms.
4. Press the dough into the prepared tart pan.
5. Pour the quark and yoghurt mixture into the tart pan and spread evenly.
6. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the top of the tart with the egg.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
