Ingredients:
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 ripe mamay, mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 cup coconut milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 mandarin
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed mamay, coconut milk, lemon zest, and mandarin juice.
