Mango-Apple-Banana Pasta with Tenderstem Broccoli

Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb. of pasta
- 2 cups of tenderstem broccoli
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup of canned peas
- 2 tablespoons of ghee
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, diced

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes, canned peas, mango, apple, and banana to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Serve the pasta warm. Enjoy!
