Mango-Avocado Rice Bowl with Fish
Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked rice
4 ounces of cooked fish
-1 mango, peeled and diced
-1 avocado, peeled and diced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon lime juice
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, mango, and avocado.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the top and season with salt and pepper. Gently mix to combine.
3. Divide the rice mixture between two bowls.
4. Top each bowl with the cooked fish.
5. Serve and enjoy!
