Mango-Balsamic Beef Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. beef shoulder
- 1 anis star
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place beef shoulder in a baking dish and season with anis star, garlic, white wine, and balsamic vinegar.
3. Bake for 1 hour, or until beef is cooked through.
4. Let cool and then shred beef with two forks.
5. In a large bowl, combine shredded beef, mango, and lettuce.
6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
7. Serve and enjoy!
