Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked brown rice

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Season the chicken breast strips with sea salt and black pepper. Set aside.

2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat the pan.

3. Add the seasoned chicken breast strips to the hot skillet and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes, or until they are cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
