Make Mango-Glazed Salmon

Mango-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.

4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together honey, diced mango, lime juice, and ground ginger.

5. Once salmon is cooked, transfer to a baking dish.

6. Pour mango glaze over salmon and season with salt and pepper.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

8. Serve warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
