Mango Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup rice

Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the ripe mango into small pieces.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. In a saucepan, combine water and rice. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
4. In a separate pan, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
5. Add the diced mango to the pan with the onions and cook for a few minutes until the mango softens slightly.
6. Once the rice is cooked, add the mango and onion mixture to the rice and stir well to combine.
7. Serve the mango rice hot and enjoy!
