Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
-4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
-1 cup of milk
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
4. Add the milk, cream, salt and pepper to the potatoes and mash until desired consistency is reached.
5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
6. Pour the mashed potatoes into the baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Serve and enjoy!
