Make Matambre con Salsa Criolla

Matambre con Salsa Criolla

Ingredients:

- 1 Matambre
- 1/4 cup Salsa Criolla
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place the Matambre on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the Salsa Criolla, onion, carrot and lemon juice.

4. Once the Matambre is cooked, remove from the oven and top with the salsa criolla mixture.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
