Recipe Name: Matcha Green Tea Roll Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 80g cake flour
- 10g matcha green tea powder
- 30g unsalted butter
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Matcha powder for dusting

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 10x15 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and whisk continuously until the mixture reaches 40°C (104°F).
3. Remove the bowl from the heat and continue whisking until the mixture becomes thick and pale.
4. Sift the cake flour and matcha powder into the egg mixture and gently fold until well combined.
5. Melt the butter and fold it into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is springy to the touch.
8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tray for a few minutes.
9. In the meantime, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
10. Carefully flip the cake onto a clean kitchen towel and gently peel off the parchment paper.
11. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cake and roll it up tightly using the kitchen towel.
12. Chill the roll cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
13. Dust the roll cake with matcha powder before serving.
