Make Mediterranean Baked Eggs

Recipe Name: Mediterranean Baked Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar), shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomato and cook until softened.
4. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
5. Transfer the tomato mixture to a baking dish.
6. Create 4 wells in the tomato mixture and crack an egg into each well.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
8. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your Mediterranean Baked Eggs!
