Recipe Name: Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 طماطم الفلفل
- 1 بصلة
- ملح
- 2 cloves of ثوم
- 1 باذنجان

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and chop the طماطم الفلفل, بصلة, and باذنجان into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mince the cloves of ثوم.
4. Place all the chopped vegetables on a baking sheet.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with ملح, and add the minced ثوم.
6. Toss the vegetables to coat evenly with the seasonings.
7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
9. Serve the Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable Salad warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
