Recipe Name: Mediterranean Tuna Couscous Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 100g tofu, diced
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the couscous according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside to cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked couscous, canned tuna, olive oil, salt, canned beans, capers, diced tomato, and diced tofu.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the mustard and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Pour the butter and mustard mixture over the couscous salad and toss to combine.
5. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the Mediterranean Tuna Couscous Salad chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
