Make Mexican Rice and Pasta

Mexican Rice and Pasta

Ingredients:

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice and pasta according to package instructions.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the broccoli, tomatoes, and black beans to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice and pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
