Mexican Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 500g Rice
- 500g Ground beef
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Fresh Chilli, diced
- 1 can Tomatopuré

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic, onion, and chilli and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the tomatopuré and stir to combine.

5. Add the rice and stir to combine.

6. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

7. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.

8. Serve the Mexican Rice Bowl hot with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
