Make Mexican-Style Chicken and Shrimp Tagliatelle
Mexican-Style Chicken and Shrimp Tagliatelle
Ingredients:
-1 lb. chicken, cut into cubes
-1 tsp. paprika
-2 tbsp. honey
-1/2 tsp. pepper
-1 lb. tagliatelle
-1/2 lb. seashell shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
-1 cup cooked rice
-2 large tortillas
-2 tomatoes, diced
-1 cucumber, diced
-1/2 tsp. chili powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, paprika, honey, and pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Spread chicken cubes onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, cook tagliatelle according to package instructions.
5. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add shrimp and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.
6. Add cooked tagliatelle, cooked rice, tortillas, tomatoes, cucumber, and chili powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
7. Add cooked chicken cubes to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Serve Mexican-style chicken and shrimp tagliatelle warm. Enjoy!
