Miley's Zucchini and Lettuce Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 heads of lettuce, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender.
3. Remove the zucchini from the skillet and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked zucchini to the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
6. Serve the salad immediately. Enjoy!
