Milk Chocolate Grand Marnier Ganache
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of milk chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier liqueur
Instructions:
1. Place the chopped chocolate in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is just beginning to simmer.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
4. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and all of the chocolate is melted.
5. Add the Grand Marnier liqueur and stir until it is fully incorporated.
6. Let the ganache cool to room temperature before using.
