Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- Assorted fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, and mango), sliced
- 1/4 cup of apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon of water

Instructions:

6. Spread a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cooled pastry circle.
7. Arrange the sliced fruits on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
8. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot preserves and water over low heat until melted and smooth.
9. Brush the melted apricot preserves over the fruits to create a shiny glaze.
