Recipe: Mini Meatloaf Muffins

- 1 lb minced meat
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, pepper, garlic, salt, eggs, onion, black pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Divide the meat mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup to the top and pressing down gently to pack the mixture.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaf muffins are cooked through and golden brown on top.
5. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
