Make Miso-Glazed Tofu and Broccoli

Miso-Glazed Tofu and Broccoli

Ingredients:

- 1 block of firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons of white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Drain and press the tofu. Cut into cubes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.

4. Pour the miso mixture over the tofu and toss to coat.

5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through.

6. Add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
