Miso Rice and Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked white rice
2 packages ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, miso paste, tomatoes, spinach, and cottage cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Divide the mixture into two bowls.

4. Top each bowl with the cooked ramen noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

5. Serve warm and enjoy!
