Recipe Name: Mixed Bean and Chicken Sausage Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:
- Basmati rice
- Red lentil (masoor dal)
- Frozen paratha
- Egg
- Milk
- Onion
- Potatoes
- Chopped spinach
- Canned tomatoes
- Canned mixed beans (Peas and carrots mix)
- Chicken sausage
- Lean ground chicken
- Chicken burger patty
- Oil
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- White vinegar
- Sweet heat sauce
- Sweet chili sauce
- French dressing
- Ketchup
- Hot sauce
- Chili powder
- Turmeric
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chicken seasoning
- Ground cinnamon
- Paprika
- Seasoning salt
- Minced ginger
- Roasted garlic puree
- Curry powder
- Peanut butter
- Strawberry Jam

Instructions:
1. Cook the basmati rice and red lentils separately according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, cook the chicken sausage until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, cook the lean ground chicken until no longer pink. Add chopped onion, minced ginger, and roasted garlic puree. Cook until onions are translucent.
4. Add the chopped spinach, canned tomatoes, and canned mixed beans (peas and carrots mix) to the chicken mixture. Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, curry powder, and a dash of paprika. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Preheat the frozen paratha according to package instructions.
6. Stuff the paratha with the mixed bean and chicken sausage mixture. Fold the paratha over the filling and press the edges to seal.
7. In a separate pan, cook the stuffed paratha until golden brown on both sides.
8. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, white vinegar, sweet heat sauce, sweet chili sauce, French dressing, ketchup, hot sauce, seasoning salt, ground cinnamon, and a dollop of peanut butter to create a dipping sauce.
9. Serve the mixed bean and chicken sausage stuffed paratha with the dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
